An opportunity for you to experience international culinary skills and global cuisine. The workshops offer learning and practical platform for those interested in gastronomy. Participants will be awarded with relevant certificate after completing all modules.

  • The programme has been recognized by the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong(UK).
  • Participants who complete the “Certificate in International Gastronomy & Culinary Craftsmanship” and meet the course requirements will be awarded “Certificate of Completion” by COC and the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong(UK).
