The course aims at providing students with the legal knowledge of a greater complexity in Hong Kong business, particularly for SMEs and startups. Through a wide variety of training formats, including but not limited to lectures, experiential learning, group discussions, experience sharing, and case analysis, the course offers an integrated understanding of the various legal contexts in Hong Kong business environment to equip learners with the necessary legal knowledge as a prudent business entrepreneurs.
